TayberryPrivacy notice

Who we are
Tayberry is not yet a registered company. It is run by Idan Berkovich, who is responsible for your details. For any privacy question, email contact@tayberry.xyz.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect what you type into the form: your work email and store website, and, if you choose to share them, what you sell, your monthly order volume and your payment provider. If you arrived through a link with a referral code (a ref value in the web address), we record that code too. If you email us, we receive your message and email address.
How we use it
Only to reply to you about Tayberry and, if you decide to go ahead, to set up a data processing agreement. We don’t sell your details or use them for advertising. We use them because you asked us to get in touch, which is our legitimate interest and a step before any agreement.
Who processes it for us
A few service providers process your details on our behalf, only to run this website and our email: our website host (Vercel, which also provides our page analytics), a form delivery service and our email providers. They may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising tools. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure how fast pages load. They work without cookies and don’t follow you to other sites. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and emails for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. Ask us and we’ll delete them sooner.
Order data
We never ask for order data through this website. If you join, we sign a data processing agreement first, and it sets out exactly what you share, how long we keep it and how it is deleted. We never need card numbers. How we handle store data
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing contact@tayberry.xyz. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
