We’re building the yes behind every agent order.
AI shopping agents now buy on people’s behalf. Card disputes rely on the idea that the cardholder chose each purchase themselves. Tayberry gives merchants a record of what the customer actually approved.
Idan Berkovich, founder
I’ve worked as an engineer for eight years, the last four as founding engineer and architect at Nilos, a payment service provider. I work with every store on the holiday report myself, from the first call to the walkthrough of your numbers.
Why Tayberry
Card disputes rely on one assumption: the cardholder chose the purchase themselves. With an AI agent in between, that’s no longer clear. The customer said yes in a chat the merchant never sees, the agent did the clicking, and when something goes wrong the bank has to decide who to believe.
Without a record of what the customer asked for, a merchant has little to show the bank. Card networks are still writing the rules for who pays when an agent gets it wrong (Worldpay, July 2026).
That record is what Tayberry is for: find the agent orders, ask the real customer to confirm the ones that matter, and keep the proof.
Where we are
This holiday season we offer online stores a free, read-only app that shows which orders AI agents placed, and a report in January, to measure how often agents order and how those orders behave. The approval product pilots with merchants in early 2027, and stores that take the report get first access.
What we believe
Agents should be welcome
Blocking agents means losing customers who shop with them. The goal is to accept agent orders safely, not to keep them out.
Most orders need no extra step
A good rule asks the customer only when an order is expensive, final or unusual. Everything else goes straight through.
Money stays where it is
Tayberry never touches card data or funds. Your payment provider keeps doing its job; we tell it when to wait.
We measure before we sell
That’s why we start with a free app and report. If agent orders cause you no trouble, they will say so.
